X-CUBE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the usage of the X-Cube, a product of X-Cube US, LLC. Our policies are designed to accommodate both our valued customers and our business needs. Please read carefully to ensure you fully understand our policy.
Introducing the X-Cube
- In the evolving world of immersive experiences, the X-Cube stands as a pioneering marvel. Crafted meticulously by X-Cube US, LLC, this state-of-the-art structure is not just a physical space but a gateway to unparalleled entertainment and engagement.
- Spanning 16by16 feet, the X-Cube offers an expansive arena, perfect for a multitude of experiences.
- Each facet of the X-Cube is designed with precision. From its structure ensuring safety and durability to its advanced internal systems providing real-time surveillance, ambient lighting, and surround sound, every element serves a purpose.
2. Product Specification
The X-Cube is a physical cube, measuring 16 by 16 feet, to be installed at our client’s location.

- Surveillance: High-definition cameras with infrared capabilities for low light conditions. Data storage of up to 7 days with secure encryption.

- Sound: Surround sound system.
- Screens: a minimum of five 4K HD screens with one touch screen.
- Maximum: Varies depending on the specific experience or game setup, but all configurations ensure compliance with safety and comfort standards.
6. Booking System
The following policies guide the booking system for the X-Cube provided by X-Cube US, LLC. By using this booking system, customers agree to comply with these terms:
- Customers must create an account to reserve a slot for the X-Cube.
- Personal details should be accurate and updated when changes occur.Account passwords must be kept confidential. The customer is responsible for all actions performed using their account.
- Each booking slot’s duration and availability are displayed in the system.
- The maximum number of participants for each slot will also be shown. Exceeding this number without prior approval is not allowed.
- Customers can reserve one slot, provided each booking adheres to the system’s policies.
Amendments & Cancellation policy:
- Bookings can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the reserved time. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to [e.g., “5-7”] business days to reflect in your account.
- Changes after the seven-day window may incur a penalty or may not be allowed, depending on the system’s settings and availability.
- Customers are allowed to add extra players up to 15 minutes before the booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The system supports multiple payment gateways. Customers should ensure that their preferred payment method is accepted.
- All transactions are secure, and personal payment details are not stored on the system.
- In case of technical or mechanical failures from X-Cube US, LLC side that prevent customers from using the X-Cube, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds for cancellations made by customers will be processed based on the cancellation policy.
- In the rare event of system errors leading to overbooking, customers will be informed at the earliest opportunity. They will be provided with alternative slots or a full refund, based on their preference.
- Customers are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their booking time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or forfeit of the booking without a refund, depending on the system’s settings and the client’s discretion.
- Personal details entered into the booking system will be stored securely and will only be used for booking-related communications.
- X-Cube US, LLC complies with all data protection regulations and ensures that customer data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
System Maintenance & Downtime:
- X-Cube US, LLC may occasionally need to take the booking system offline for maintenance. Customers will be informed in advance when possible.
- X-Cube US, LLC is not liable for missed bookings or inconvenience caused by unplanned system outages.
Feedback & Issues:
- Customers encountering issues with the booking system or wishing to provide feedback can contact the support team through the designated contact channels.
- X-Cube US, LLC values customer feedback and aims to continually enhance the booking experience.
7. Usage Policies
The following are the usage policies for the X-Cube provided by X-Cube US, LLC. By using the X-Cube, customers agree to abide by the terms laid out in these policies:
- Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the X-Cube’s emergency exits prior to starting any activity.
- Running, horseplay, or any aggressive behaviors are strictly prohibited within the X-Cube.
- Any customer with health issues including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, claustrophobia, or sensitivity to lights and sounds should consult a physician prior to participating in any X-Cube activity.
- The X-Cube is not recommended for pregnant individuals.
Equipment & Infrastructure:
- Customers are prohibited from tampering with or trying to repair any equipment or feature inside the X-Cube.
- Any signs of malfunction should be reported immediately to the locations management.
- No food, drinks, or pets are allowed inside the X-Cube.
Surveillance & Privacy:
- Customer acknowledge that they will be under surveillance while inside the X-Cube for safety and security reasons.
- All captured media will be stored for a duration of seven days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Behavior & Conduct:
- Any form of abuse, either to the equipment or other customers, will lead to immediate eviction from the X-Cube.
- Customers are expected to be respectful of others and should maintain a conducive environment for all participants.
- Customers must not attempt to unveil or disclose any narrative or proprietary content from the X-Cube experiences.
- Customers are advised not to bring personal belongings inside the X-Cube as there are no dedicated storage facilities.
- X-Cube US, LLC and the client are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Booking & Refunds:
- All bookings are to be made via the designated booking system provided X-Cube US, LLC.
- Customers can amend or cancel their bookings up to seven days before the reserved slot.
- In cases of technical or mechanical issues from X-Cube US, LLC end that prevent the completion of a session, customers will be provided a full refund.
- Customers, are strictly forbidden from making any modifications to the structure, software, or equipment of the X-Cube.
- The X-Cube may have age-related restrictions based on the experiences offered. It is the responsibility of the client to enforce these restrictions and ensure all customers meet the necessary criteria.
- Customers agrees to indemnify and hold harmless X-Cube US, LLC from any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during their usage of the X-Cube, except in cases of gross negligence on the part X-Cube US, LLC.
8. Proprietary Rights
- In the highly competitive realm of immersive gaming experiences, the X-Cube stands out as a groundbreaking innovation. Behind its captivating experiences and state-of-the-art technology lies a robust framework of proprietary rights that not only safeguards X-Cube US, LLC’s intellectual property but also paves the way for continued advancements in this arena.
- All content, in the X-Cube or associated websites, remains the property of X-Cube US, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction in any shape or form is prohibited.
- Copyrights: All content within X-Cube, including games, experiences, software code, audiovisual material, and accompanying documentation, is copyrighted. This means unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of the content is prohibited.
- Trade Secrets: Behind-the-scenes processes, algorithms, and undisclosed features that give the X-Cube its competitive edge are treated as trade secrets. This ensures that X-Cube’s unique selling points remain undisclosed and proprietary.
- Protecting Brand Integrity: By safeguarding its brand and content, X-Cube can ensure that customers always receive the genuine, high-quality experience they expect.
General: The use of the X-Cube, a product of X-Cube US, LLC, and associated facilities is entirely at the customers risk. By using the X-Cube and its associated services, the customers acknowledges and accepts the risks associated.
1. Limitation of Liability: X-Cube US, LLC, its agents, employees, and all associated entities shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by any customer or third party, whether directly or indirectly arising from the use, malfunction, or any other aspect related to the X-Cube.
2. Personal Belongings: X-Cube US, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises or inside the X-Cube.
3. Content: All experiences and games within the X-Cube are intended for entertainment purposes only. X-Cube US, LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any content.
4. Functionality: X-Cube US, LLC does not guarantee that the X-Cube and its associated games and experiences will operate without interruptions, malfunctions, or be error-free. Customers should not expect flawless or continuous operation during their session.
5. Safety: Customers should always follow safety guidelines and instructions provided. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injuries. X-Cube US, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries resulting from the customers negligence or non-compliance.
6. Surveillance: The X-Cube is monitored by surveillance cameras for safety and security purposes. By entering the X-Cube, customers consent to being recorded. However, X-Cube US, LLC ensures that the data is handled with utmost confidentiality and is not used for any other purposes.
7. Health Concerns: Customers with pre-existing medical conditions, especially those that might be triggered or exacerbated by virtual experiences, lighting effects, or physical exertion, should consult with a healthcare professional before using the X-Cube. X-Cube US, LLC will not be responsible for any health-related issues that arise during or after the use of the X-Cube.
- All branding, logos, software, and design concepts related to the X-Cube remain the sole property of X-Cube US, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
- All data, including surveillance footage, stored within the X-Cube is subject to strict data protection standards. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Any third-party software or hardware integrations with the X-Cube system require prior written approval from X-Cube US, LLC.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
- Any disputes arising from or related to the X-Cube shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their X-Cube experience. X-Cube US, LLC commits to using this feedback for continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction.
