Light effects and flashing lamps are incorporated in the X-Cube experience. We advise against participation in the X-Cube for individuals with light sensitivity or epilepsy.

Cancellation is possible up to 1 hour before the chosen time slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, kindly notify us at least 1 hour before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

We offer two options: games with a duration of 30 minutes and games lasting 60 minutes. For detailed information on the duration and content of each game, please visit our games page.

There are no age restrictions but the adult games are intended for teenagers 14 and above. When it comes to the kids games, they are suitable for children aged 9 and above. For the experiences designed for children, we recommend adult supervision.

We are committed to providing a welcoming experience for all our players. At each of our locations, ramps are available that enable wheelchair access, making the X-Cube easily accessible for individuals with mobility challenges.

The X-Cube incorporates a range of controllers and touchscreens, ensuring accessibility for individuals in wheelchairs. While the lower controls are thoughtfully designed to be easily reachable, we acknowledge that the top part of the touchscreen may pose some challenges from a wheelchair position.
